I'm fairly fat right now and I'm trying to lose weight (if anybody has any tips or suggestions they would be much appreciated).
I was just wondering how true is it that after you lose weight your measurable penis size increases, if so how drastically...

I dont think its true that the size of your penis has any relation to your losing weight. It might appear that your peen is growing larger as you lose weight, but in all actuality its not.

Well losing weight means that some fat is also lost from the pubic mound (the bit around the root of your base) which means more of the shaft is exposed. So, your dick remains the same size, just more of it is exposed

It definitely will appear bigger. Both bc fat that was "hiding" the base of your dick is gone exposing more of the base/shaft and also just in compsrison their is sort of an optical illusion (other things will look bigger too).

To lose weight you need to exercise a ton (do cardio and lift weights). Eat better (lots of veggies and salad and some fruit). Eat less (you can still have pizza but maybe just 1-2 small slices plus salad).

I'm with you on being overweight. But you're not fat, you have fat. You also have fingernails, but you're not fingernails. I have been drinking all water, no teak or drinks. And exercising more

Hi, yeah as a very active person i can say that running is the best way to lose weight.
start off with something easy then after a week or to try running a little longer
and continue this until you have lost enough weight as you wanted to.

If i was you i would start with 1.5 miles and run it at a Kinda slow speed,
run every other day so your body can rest and heal

also try eating Health food and don't eat to much after exercise because then it would
be useless to exercise in the first place because you regain all the weight you just lost

One of my friend have loss 13 kg of weight so he have told me that there is indirect relationship between weight loss and penis length ...
To loss weight he used to jerk off and masturbate everyday and have joined the gym where he used to go daily so because of jerk off everyday his penis used to get exercise and it had increased ...
Hope you get it.

I don't get it. Penis length has nothing to do with exercise or weight loss. Genetics is the single determining factor in penis size.

Along with the techniques that have otherwise been mentioned, try to find a group of people to work out with. With friends who won't judge you, a lot of the pressure related to working out can be relieved.
Find something to work out with that works for you. I'm more muscular in my lower body than my upper, so I bicycle to get exercise, as well as working out at a gym.
As for penis size, losing weight doesn't technically increase your genitals' size, it does burn the fat deposit at the base of the penis. It's called the Pubic Mound, or Mons Pubis, and as fat is removed from it, the penis is progressively revealed. It doesn't get bigger, you can just see more of it.
