I've seen some videos about the sizing and it kinda of makes sense although none of them talk about length. I'm not too big and I'm kinda worrying that my dick is too skinny to fit a condom snug. I've got no idea what to do :(

You should google it. There's lots of information out there including charts and discussions.

Length is not the issue they are like 9" long
There are small (Girth) condoms, you can get, give them a try.

Contrary to popular belief, there aren't several different sized of condoms. There are regular sized ones and large ones. Even regular sized condoms are literally nine to ten inches long, so that's not gonna be a problem. In fact, there's hardly any difference between large regular condoms. Large ones are only about quarter inch wider at the base and there's more room at the top. I'd say just get some regular Trojans and see if they work. If they're too constrictive, go for large ones. I recommend Magnums. They're also made by Trojan, which is my favorite brand.

Just try medium first, its not like a condom costs a lot of money

You could buy different size condoms and try them on to see who fits better.

You could also follow SamMystic's advice and buy medium condom ant then go from there. If it was too small, buy a larger one, if it was too big try a smaller one.

Length isn't going to be the problem because they are all way longer than you'll need. It's the girth; I recommend the condom size called snugger fit because it's a bit of a smaller girth
