There's no way to tell accurately that I know of. You can only stare at their crotches and just guess. The only way to see their dicks without asking is to see them naked in PE, that's if you change in the lockers at your school. Otherwise, you have to ask them to show you their dicks. A few of my friends wear tighty whity briefs like I do, and you can kinda tell by the bulge or VPL. Also if a guy is wearing loose shorts, like gym shorts or soccer shorts, sometimes you can tell by the bulge.
