Okay so I like this girl in my grade and I asked her to a school dance but the night of the dance she was busy with some college exploring thing (we're juniors) so she couldn't go. So I talked with her on Facebook thts night and she said that she was sorry she couldn't go and that It was very brave of me to ask her in person and that I was a good guy. So I'm just wondering when I shoud ask her out or how I should.

Ask her whenever you want really. You'll know, usually it'll just happen out of nowhere where you just have to ask. It's best to do it in person, also. As to how to do, literally just go straight to the point and ask. Don't beat around the bush.
