In my opinion, vaginas and anuses are very very flexible. I am rather large (long and thick), but that just means that I need to start slow, sometimes very very slow.

Certainly girth matters. For example if you were 5" long but had a circumference of 7" that might be an issue. But also the person who is receiving the penis matters.

I don't think anything is too big in terms of length because it doesn't all necessarily have to go in but if it's too thick then it physically won't go in. I'm not sure what size is too thick but I'm five inches and I'd say that's quite thick but not too thick. Probably about seven inches in girth is too big.
