Most of my friends are cut (I'm cut too) but some of them seem to have more skin left then me.

I don't have much skin to slide at all and my tip is exposed soft or hard. Some of my friends look almost uncut when they are soft and have skin left to play with when they are hard.

For cut guys, what is yours like, and have you noticed this difference too?

I'm full too so muine's always exposed but partial cuts can mean they look uncut when soft, just like you said. it depends why it was done as to what type was done

Not cut but almost all in the locker room are. I notice some have extra skin that droops over the head of their penis. Others you can see the whole head. Not sure if this is a loose cut on purpose, or cause they were babies so it was just random. I think a teen who is more developed gets cut will get to choose but i dunno

Same with uncut guys, there's diff foreskin coverage

When I have a full erection I have very little loose skin on my shaft. That's why I use lubrication most of the time when I jerk off. I can do it "dry', but I can be red and sore after doing it that way. So I think I had a lot of skin cut off when I was circumcised.

The HEAD is completely exposed when soft or hard, and when hard the shaft skin is smooth and tight with no movement. Circ scar line is about 4 inches down from the head. My mom said I was done with a Gomco Clamp.

Here's the deal.

When most people are circumcised, they're done so as babies. Obviously, everything is teeny-tiny at that point and the surgeon needs to guess how much to take off.

There's a couple ways this can go: High or low cuts and loose and tight cuts. You'll either be "high" or "low" AND you'll be "loose" or "tight."

High -- The scar is a bit far away from where the glans meets the shaft.
Low -- The scar is close to where the glans meets the shaft.
Loose -- There is a bit more skin left.
Tight -- There is more skin cut off.

People who are generally cut "low and loose" have a bit of sliding action and are more likely to have their frenulum, or the stringy thing connecting the urethra (hole) to the bottom of the shaft.

People who are generally cut "high and tight" may have a bit of a gap between the glans and the shaft.

Many years ago, "high and tight" was quite common. However, "low and loose" is starting to be more common. This may be partially because of the methods of circumcising, as well as the realization that foreskin actually serves purposes.

There have been situations where little foreskin is removed during the circumcision and some babies look like they were never circumcised. This can be normal, depending on baby fat and other circumstances, but some parents have wanted "re-circumcisions."

Some people who are cut "high and tight" can feel a pulling/stretching sensation of uncomfortableness during erections.

People who are cut "low and loose" are more able to pull their remaining skin over the tip...this also helps during erections. When things expand, the glans can sometimes pop out of the foreskin...well, with no foreskin, the remaining skin will still slide, but this is where that pulling/stretching sensation can be felt by people who are cut "high and tight."

Of course, people are born with different amounts of foreskin. Sometimes, the glans can be totally covered when soft and other times, it can be partially exposed.

Pretty much everyone who is circumcised is exposed 24/7 hard or soft.

I was cut as a baby, and I think they removed as much skin as possible. My head is always bare, I have no skin to move no matter if soft or hard, and when hard there is a very tight tension on my skin. I've seen guys in the locker room and showers who appear to have a less tight cut, but I prefer the way I have it, cuz in my opinion it looks and feels really good.

So far I've seen only a couple of erect cocks in real:
1-5) Four friends and my older brother have cuts pretty similar to mine.
6) An exchange student from Europe was uncut, and I didn't like it. It looked very strange. Even when fully hard and while he was playing with it, he always wanted the skin to cover the head cuz his exposed head caused him an unpleasant feeling as he said. And the hygienical maintenance seems to be an issue too, since his cock smelled even right after shower.

I got a late circumcision (16 yo old) and I think that my circumcision is close to "low and tight". My head is always bare, but I have few free shaft skin.

I'm Fully Cut high & tight with no loose skin left over.

My scar line is almost half way down the shaft so even when I am soft their is no skin bunching behind the head.

I heard about those different types. I'm completely cut, but not too tight, so a little bit of skin on my shaft moves when jerking off. I think it's much nicer to have it tight.
Is it tight when it's flaccid too?

My head is completely visible sift and hard. But there is a little skin that bunches up at the base of the head.
