That does seem odd to me. Have you always done it that way so that's what you've got used to? if so perhaps what you need to to is make up your mind that you won't finger your bum until you have cum at least once without doing it. That may mean to start with your sessions don't finish with you cumming because you have to give up but as time goes by and it has been longer since your last release, you should eventually end up horny enough that it does happen.
