So, I've always wondered what the area between my dick and butt is called. Do yall know what it is called? And also, why is there so much hair there? It's long, thick, and black (no BBC jokes). I don't want to trim or shave there, so in the shower I just pull them. It's less painful to pill them in the shower than not in the shower. Does anyone else do that? Sorry for all the questions. Perineum is the name. There's no surface muscle there, but there is a lot of erectile tissue and sexual nerves. The root of the penis swells the area during an erection. I have also as said heard it called a taint.

Perineum is right. From what I'm told, the little line of darker skin running down the center of the perineum is often called the Perineal Raphe. As for plucking hairs, I've never done it. I just shave that area, and don't have any problems except for the occasional hair being a nuisance and poking the raphe. It's less painful to pluck in the shower because the hot water opens your pores.

This is one of the hairyest parts of my body too, but I won't shave it, cuz at this spot it can lead to skin irritations easily, especially when you do ride the bicycle.
