I was the opposite too. I got pubes starting at between 10 - 11. I got kind looked at a lot by the other guys I think kind of out of jealousy. Also my penis and balls grew faster than the other guys. Most of them all caught up with me by 8th and 9th grade.

I was the opposite too. Being at any extreme is scary. 15 is old not to have gotten pubes yet. My friend didn't have any at 14. Idk when he got them cuz I moved away. But it's not the pubes that is bad it would be still having a small dick at 15. You can always lie and say you shave pubes. But you can't lie and say you have a regular size cock lol

I'm 13, almost 14, and I have some pubes. Not a ton, and not a lot of hair anywhere else, but some under my arms and on my legs. I've never been teased even though I think I'm sort of a late bloomer. Everyone starts puberty at a different time and everyone goes through their stages differently. Some guys get lots of hair early, some don't. I know some guys who have little to no hair and their voices are still pretty high but their balls and dick are growing quickly and they can cum quite a bit. It's just an awkward few years because no one is going through exactly the same thing at the same time, but on the other hand, we're all going through EXACTLY the same thing :-)
