there is no need for complicated methods just get a non toxic soap and it will do the job

Yep...that's how I clean under my foreskin too. Most of the time, I just pull back my foreskin when I'm taking a shower and clean my penis.

I use the same as every other uncut guy here. Soap is plenty effective, and it's probably good not to mess with a method that works, haha.
