Help!! Penis size... Normal?!

I am 16, coming up 17 in September and when erect my penis is 2.8inches and flaccid 1.5inches. Is this normal, stumbling through google I see that it's not average..? Will this stop me having sex?

Well, that is certainly rather small... In fact I believe that qualifies as a micropenis, a penis that is smaller than 3 inches, if it does not grow any more. Are you sure you are measuring correctly? Because that is extremely rare.

no it wont stop you from having sex of course, remember that you are still growing and that means that your penis also grows , usually late bloomers fully grow until 21 years old !
