dude go see your doctor. that is certainly not an area you want to mess around with. your doctor is not going to laugh or anything of the sort. if he can't help you, he will make sure you get the help you need. but go see a doctor if you haven't already done so

You should definitely go to the doctor if you're worried there's something wrong. It will probably turn out to be nothing to worry about but better to check with a professional, that's his job after all
