Its normal to be curious about your buddys bulge, but dont push it for him to compare with you, if he doesnt want to, he doesnt want to. IF you push, you could ruin your friendship.

We all have different size junk. You may be a bit smaller or bigger than your peers. That is just the way it is. Your friend may not like to compare or experiment. Most all guys do to some point. He may be or feel homophobic and think that you or people would see him as gay if he did anything which is ridiculous because being gay is what you are and not experimenting or being curious and wanting to see other guys dicks.

Maybe he is a "shower" and you are a "grower". For example he could be 4 inches soft and you are 2 inches soft. He would show a bigger bulge. You both might be 5 inches hard and be the same really. His balls might be bigger also which might show a bigger bulge but would not make him any more manly.
