For most underwear, especially loose like boxers, I point it down. I point it up when I'm wearing a jock. Feel like it supports my balls better that way.

I usually wear briefs and like it to point up. Pointing down in briefs just feels awkward and unfcomfortable for me and it takes up the space I need to keep the boys in check lol With boxers, things just go where they want to anyway.

also if you leave it in front , if you get a boner it will be noticable and it may hurt
