I'm 16 from the UK. I don't really know what to say for the introduction :O

I guess is that, I do suffer from some mental health issues and only recently started to become more aware of them and decided to get help. However, family isn't very supportive of the idea of therapy so I decided to seek help in anyway I could and I was suggested to try an online forum to get other peoples experiences and ideas.
