Is your penis darker than your body?

Besides the circumcision scar, I'm pretty white for a Caucasian boy. My penis and my scrotum is darker then my body. Does any other guy have the same thing going on for them?

Strangely my entire package is the color of my tanned skin, but my thigh area is shockingly white since no sun reaches that area while swimming so there is a huge contrast.

Yeah, pretty sure it's normal. The color difference can also be even more pronounced on the scrotum.

The Shaft has a TWO TONE color to it due to my circumcision scar being farther down the shaft. The area between the base of the HEAD and the scar line is a slightly different color.

Mine definitely is, and I'm pretty sure this is something that has happened since puberty for me. My scrotum is a dark, dusky reddish color and my penis shaft now has a pretty dark ring around it where my circumcision scar is. When I was younger I think all of my junk was pretty much the same color as my thigh. Not any more, though.
