Your technically near average for the grown man-just an inch and a half short of it-, and the excess weight is messing with the length by hiding some of it. Losing the weight might reveal some that could've been potentially hidden by the fat.

But I don't know what a girl will say when she sees it cuz if she only saw big penises then she would say mine is small.So I'm scared to have any sexual relations with anyone cuz of my penis size. If you're overweight sometimes the excess fat is distributed to you pubic area. This creates a "mound" at your base which hides some of your penis. Lose some weight and you may gain another inch or so.

Don't worry about asking questions, it's what we're all here for, lol. As for your size, you're perfectly normal and not small. With the time you have left to grow, and if you shed some of the excess weight, you might even end up above average.

I'm 13, almost 14, and I'm 4.5" hard. You're just fine, and there's still plenty of puberty left for you (and me too!). Being overweight can actually hide a portion of your penis, so you might actually be packing more than you think.

Just because you are overweight your penis get smaller because there is not enough skin for it to use when it gets erect , if you lose weight you will see a big difference on your erections. I used to be very overweight but now that ive lost some weight my penis gets alot bigger. Dont worry tho you are still young and the size is normal :)
