My shaft is smooth when I am soft, but when I get hard, there is not enough skin, and skin is pulled up from my pubic area so that one third of the shaft is hairy then. I think this is normal with circumcised cocks, cuz we lack this extra skin.

Just a little longer myself but I have the same issue. About maybe 3.5 inches of hair from the base. Though personally I shave from base up. I figure anyone going down there might be thankful not having hair in their mouth
