Not really. There is a feeling you get after not havinf cum for a while but while it is "down there" somewhere it is much too vague to say it is in my balls. This shouldn't be any surprise for two reasons:

1. While your brain has an accurate map of the surface of your skin, so you feel touch, pain etc. where it actually happens, the map is less detailed and less accurate for the rest of the body so you don't necessarily feel things where they occur.
2. Most of the liquid in your cum is not made in your balls - they only account for about 2% of the volume. If anything feels full it would probably be your prostate or seminal vesicles.
