I'm very uncertain... I am confused anyway here it goes. We were at the bus stop again after school, hanging out with 2 other mates. And one of my mates says "You two should date..." to me and him.... I was like "Who?" and my mate says "You and Will" we both said at the same time "Why?" and my mate then said "You're very talkative" At this point we weren't talking very much... he randomly come up with it. And at that point my crush looked down and was silent for a few minutes... as if he was thinking about something or had something on his mind. My response was "I talk to a lot of people, doesn't mean I have to date them..." to try and cover the fact I like him. We're both fairly shy people but we both talk a little...
What shall I do and how do I approach this situation? My anxiety is bad when it comes to telling people I like them or complimenting someone...
