U mean a casual friend or a closer friend? If u r
close y is it so hard to ask them out? If it is a
casual friend-when u c them ask them if they
would like to go have a drink or eat someplace
sometime. If u don't break the ice u wont know
if they r really a friend or not.

yes. there was a guy friend of mine that I used to really want to ask out, but was worried it would make our friendship weird. but he has a girlfriend now, and i have a boyfriend, so i don't worry about it.
