I'm 14. My doctor said I started puberty a year early. Am I going to stop growing soon, how does it work? I think I'm short, I want to get taller. I don't have a lot of hair but it's more than other guys my age. I know I shouldn't worry about all of that but I can't help it. What should I worry about?

Starting earlier might mean ending earlier than normal, but it could also just be spread out more. Also, boys normal end later than 16 even, so you still have time to get taller and get hair

U shouldn't worry bout anything. Ur 14 and have
a lot of time to go in growing. Everyone is different
so u cant judge one guy from another in how much
hair they have or how tall they r or if their junk is
too small. U should think bout ur health-school and
making good friends and let all that other stuff take
care of itself.

You might have finished earlier, you might take time and still grow. Your height is partly determined by family so, if you are already similar height to your dad, grandparents uncles etc, you may find that you may not get much taller. Unless your doctor has highlighted any issues, that is not a bad thing. You may just find your friends catch up on you over the next few years.

How tall are you now? Did you get any growth spurt recently? You can also ask your Dad how tall he was when he was 14.

Rn I'm 5'7" I think I grew a little. My dad said he was short until almost 17 then he grew like a weed.

Somewhere I read that once a guy's beard really comes in fully (where he needs to save daily), this pretty much marks the end of puberty and a guy probably will not grow any taller after that point. Something about the ends of the long bones sealing off so they can't grow any longer.

I think that you are fine. I started early too and was way ahead of my classmates. I am 18 now and 6'1". You will grow normally and be fine. You should end up around your dad's height or taller.

Hmm...Starting a year early to me would sound like this boy who was in my 5th grade class. He had a little dark mustache already and there were rumors from boys who saw him in the boy's room that his wiener was the fattest one they'd ever seen.

Some have early puberty but then keep growing for a while. However, usually early puberty does mean u finish sooner. My cousin is 12 and hes my height, just litterally a year ago he was like 8 inches shorter than me at least!

Each and eveyone has their age growth don't mind your other friends that have grown faster than you puberty is not a race.....you're just 14 and have a long way to go you have until the age of 20-22 until you will stop growing

13 is not really early to start puberty. as far as how tall you grow that is usually based on genetics. how tall are your parents? I am slightly taller than my dad, but only by an inch or two. you are more than likely going to get taller, how much taller, is hard to say. and unless there is something wrong, you are def going to grow more hair, that is just going to take time.

Right now, I would say you have nothing to worry about :)

I started puberty at 20. I was taller than all my friends by age 12. I didn't necessarily stop growing, but my growth did get slower compared to my friends. I feel ya dude.

People start at different times as u said. But the rate for how fast people progress is different. Like I started really early, but I'm going thru everything rly slow. And some people I know started a lot later but they have new changes like every day lol. So it depends on the person. You'll grow as ur intended to hahah as fast or as slow as it is.
