Please don't think this is a questionnaire that asks you to describe what type of pornography you watch. I was kind of hoping for some advice on how to stop watching it. This may sound weird but Im kind of worried that I have become addicted to it, if thats even possible. I've been noticing that my choices have been getting more extreme. It's still all legal. Im just worried that it is becoming an issue. Would anyone be able to help? If you have had any experience with this sort of thing please, can you tell me how you "beat it" so to speak.

I watch porn for entertainment. I wouldn't say I am addicted I could stop any time I feel like it. Porn is interesting.

Yeah porn addiction is real. I've got addiction to watch it for half hour long time ago. But because I have lot activity so I need to get up from my computer and my room. So if u feel bored then play games , or go out for sport or something else.

Yeah, it's a real thing. I believe it may even be classified as an actual disease.

Everyone here has given good advice. You could try staying outside doing other activities like playing sports, running, skateboarding (if you are into doing that) or biking. If it's a bad weather day and you have to stay indoors, you can do gaming, read something, or even study.

I agree. I'm pretty sure you can't be addicted to it the way people are addicted to drugs. but if youre watching too much then you need to do other things like homework lol
