ummm never weighed myself at school. at the doctor, usually in whatever i have on...they just ask i remove my shoes usually. at home...nude, or with underwear on.

nude is the best way to get the most accurate weight. or with as minimal clothing as possible. usually just weigh myself in whatever i'm wearing minus shoes
