Acne at penis?

It's not acne it's like little sweat bumps from being warm and moist. Make sure to be clean and you could try a little powder if you wanted to. But don't worry it's perfectly normal. Most all guys get them.

if it's red, painful to touch that may be acne or some acute infections, ingrown hairs
if it contains fluid it may be cysts
if it is pearly, it may be a wart

I had the same acne there, it sucked, but it was due to irritation from shaving off my pubes

They're called Fordyce spots; I have them too, there is nothing to worry about :)
