I think when seeing someone of the opposite sex naked is generally reserved for occasions in which something sexual is going on, which is what you will be used to in England, then obviously seeing the boys naked is arousing.

The scandanavians generally, and presumably that includes the Finnish, are much less concerned about nakedness and when something is the norm the novelty wears off. So don't worry about the fact you found it arousing and she didn't have an obvious reaction it is just that it is not such a new sight for her.

Being finnish, this sounds like imagination... "School changing room attendant"? Never heard of such thing. Distributing and collecting towels?? At school showers everyone brings their own towel.
