Random girl liking my Insta photos???

So two days ago this girl started following me and right off the bat she liked my most recent photo (posted 3 weeks before) so I thought her doing that was kinda strange but I thought maybe that she was just trying to be nice, so I returned the favor. Next thing I know, she likes ANOTHER one of my Insta pics that is like 7 weeks old so I'm starting to think it's more than her being "nice" either she's crazy about liking people's pics or she wants to talk to me or something. So I feel like her doing this is kinda a signal for her wanting me to DM her but why wouldn't she's just DM me herself? I know people are shy and stuff but I just don't want to be wrong in DMing her just to figure out what she wants. Idk what to think about it, any input?

It's just a person liking 2 of your pictures... I recommend not jumping to conclusions.

I may be getting this all wrong, but a lot of people use this technique to gain more followers. I get a lot of likes and follows from random people. By liking your posts they get your attention and they hope you follow them. If random people follow you and you follow them back, after a while they unfollow you again. This is how people get thousands of followers even when they only follow a few hundred people themselves. If I were you I wouldn't read to much into it.

Well I would take the first step and message her and thank her for liking your pictures and see where it goes from there.
