a silly question?

I am 13, in 8th grade, and have not had a boyfriend. I've kissed people before but never made out with anyone or gone further. I have friends that have made out with 17 year olds, made out with multiple people in one day, gone to 3rd base, etc. I would not go past making out right now, but I'm open to it, and yet have gotten nowhere. Is there anything I can do to seem more available/open to doing stuff?
