I do it it does help to do that and pee before so that way your bladder is not pushing up against your prostate so you last longer again

Yeah, when I know I am going to have sex with a girl I will usually jerk off sometime that day beforehand. Not right before you have sex, but like earlier that day or in the morning is good. I do think it helps make it last a little longer. That's good for the girl too, because it takes girls longer to orgasm than boys.

Don't bother doing that buddy, from experience it makes the girl sad if you either can't get hard or don't cum and that often happens when jerking off before; at least for me.
