View Full Version : What's a camel toe?

Today in school I heard a few older guys talking in the cafeteria. One said, “Did you see the camel toe on Chrissa today??” Then they started joking and laughing and saying several “explicit sexual things” they’d like to do to, or with Chrissa.
I asked some of my friends, and none of us knows what it is.
Other than something that’s on the end of a camel’s foot, what’s a camel toe?

Um, well it's essentially the girl version of a boner. Whatever they're wearing shows off what's down there

That's the best way I could explain it

I see what you mean with the boner explanation, but it's not exactly accurate. A boner is associated with sexual arousal, and a "cameltoe" has really nothing to do with being aroused. It is when a piece of clothing that a girl is wearing is tight enough and made of the right material, it shows the the outline of their mons and labia. You see this a lot with yoga pants and swimsuits. It happens to some girls easier / more then it does to other girls.

I meant it more as just the lower regions being visible, not so much the arousal aspect, but she's right

Usually the clothing is sufficiently tight to give a good outline of what is down there too, like some show off our boners

I thought it had something to do with her toes. I'm still confused, but sounds like it's just tight clothes that show the slit that girls have? Still don't understand why that would be called having a camel's toe.

You've got it right, it's when you can see the outline of her slit when she's wearing something tight fitting like yoga pants or bikinis.
l have no idea why it's called a camel toe or where that name came from.

Urbandictionary.com has all the answers you seek. the camel toe is a beautiful thing to behold, but beware its evil cousin, the moose knuckle

except it's not a "boner" at all. It's more like a wardrobe malfunction.

well, i think the reason it's called a "camel toe" has to do with the following. camels' feet/hooves only have 2 toes, each of which essentially divides the foot in half. the area between the toes can look somewhat like a vagina. personally i think there are probably other objects that would be a bit more accurate, but it is what it is.

Perfect explanation. I always thought it was self explanatory myself.

You are right. It happens when the mons and labia are so prominent and the swim suits or yoga pant are tight fittings. The name goes as it resembles the toe of a camel.

Picture a female wearing super tight white yoga pants. It outlines the woman's xagina, resembling the Hoove of a camel.
Edit: didn't see that the question was answered lalready

i'm curious those of you ladies that have experienced it: is it more or less pronounced if you do/don't shave? like does the extra bit of hair help to keep it from showing as much?

well try googling camel toe plus the name of your favorite actresses... youll see what it is
tbh its very embarrassing when your friend is pointing out to you that you have a camel toe showing... but its kinda worst when its not your friend telling you...

well i mean it happens because of tight fabric (from yoga pants or whatever you happen to be wearing) clinging to the labia, so if you have pubic hair, it's not going to be as obvious. also, i know most of us prefer not wearing underwear with yogas to avoid panty lines and for comfort, but i've found that a g-string hides my camel toe fairly well.

My question to everybody in this topic : Whether is it fair to refer an wonderful part of the human body to a toe of an animal ? Is it not the shame on the human being? Just think over it . Strictly speaking this comparison should be removed from the google itself.Earlier I answered somewhere here. But i feel I should not have. If I am right in saying this ,just give a LIKE.

First it is NOT the girls version of a "boner" erection, a girls version of an erection is when the clitoris becomes "erect". Cameltoe shows the outline of the labia majora when a Girl/Woman wears something tight, I get it when am wearing my swimsuit as do many other girls, So it's nothing to do with being sex aroused.

maybe since i'm a guy i'm looking at it different but I don't think it's degrading or shameful so no reason to take offense & have it removed from google.
but i'm curious what you would prefer it to be called instead?

Excuse me ? 'We' ? Who are these 'we' ? My offensive comments? Who did I offend exactly ? Mend myself ? Exactly because it's a public forum it implies freedom of expression, freedom of speech and discussion among people, not censure of every comment a certain person doesn't like.
Degrading ? The "entire women community as a whole" ? How exactly did I do that by stating obvious biological facts ? This "women community" should excuse me, but that's what a vagina is by definition - it is a hole in your body and not a magical endowment that should be glorified, fetishized and worshiped. Do you know what the word "vagina" means ? Vagina from latin literally means a sheath for a sword, and secondarily - 'opening', 'hole', 'wound'. Sexual organs are disgusting, which doesn't mean that we, as sexually active beings, don't perceive them as arousing, but if you look at vaginas through the principles of aesthetics - yes they are disgusting(and that's just talking about the way they look, let's not talk what happens when you don't wash one) and yes, the same goes for a penis. And if you seriously think 'cameltoe' should be "removed from the google" - that's just ridiculous. You cannot demand your own subjective censure to be applied to the whole world.
I have to stand up for Angelina here. You may not like vaginas, and that is your right to say so (I do think they are a nice part of the body!). To refer to them quite bluntly as being disgusting is somewhat overboard and will upset a lot people. You do have the right to say what you want, but people will have the right to shoot you down.
