I find that to be a rather strange practice, especially in such a public place like a locker room. Many people believe that masturbation is an incredibly private practice, and while masturbating in the room you share with your brother is one thing, jerking off in the locker room with the intention of being caught is somewhat disrespectful to those who may show up because guys may not want to see other guys wanking, especially unsolicited.

Well there is different type of thing people into, I used to think want to do it when I was younger like wank in public washroom in the urinal.
