I'm 15. How can I tell if I'm a late-bloomer?

Ok, i would say that you are a late bloomer but not by that much, your in the same stage as me and i'm 13. But you'll be just fine, yes you are a late bloomer but you are very normal. I wouldn't worry about it... :)

Yes, even though you might not think that it is, trust me. I was just like you then "BOOM" my penis started growing quite quickly (which this happened like a month ago). And now i'm at like 4 1/2 I think (i haven't measured)... But don't worry it will grow.

You could be a late bloomer if

1) You cannot ejaculate by now.
2) Your height is below 5'3"
3) You have absolutely no sex drive and do not masturbate.
4) You have no body hair at all.
5) Your voice is still the same as you had in elementary school.
6) You have been evaluated by a doctor who says that your growth is slow or non-existent.

This is not a comprehensive list, but I would say that if you have not started puberty at all by 15 or that your growth is below average on a medical chart, then you are definitely a late bloomer. You could have started puberty normally like other guys, but you just are growing much slower than everyone else which can make you a late bloomer. There's nothing wrong with being a late bloomer because those guys always catch up somehow (unless they have some sort of medical problem which is a different issue). While it's not true for everyone, most guys will have one of the things mentioned above happen between 12-14 though they will not be totally done with puberty. A late bloomer just is someone who has not reached certain developmental traits by a certain age because the reality is that most guys start puberty between 11-14 and will have some adult like features by the time they're around 15.

- This is not true at all. So pretty much your saying to be a late bloomer you have to have no signs of puberty at all? This is completely ridiculous and un true. You have no idea what your talking about...
