So I'm thinking about posting some of my drawing in the artwork section. is it better to make one thread and keep putting new pictures in to that, or should I make a new thread every time I have a picture? does it matter? sorry, wasn't sure about any rules on this.

One thread per picture is a no go, they would just be merged in the end, so I'd say either one thread and you could update it and post new stuff there, or a few threads with many pictures per something like category or theme, but that is if you are certain that it will only be very few.
