How did you realize that your dick was growing?

I just saw a poll asking what was the first sign of puberty that you noticed, and one of the choices was that you saw your dick and balls were growing. But for me, I did not realize that at all.

My first realization that my dick and balls had grown really big (compared to how it was before puberty) was at summer camp in the shower house when I was 13. In there, we all showered together, ALL AGES of Scouts. I noticed the younger guys, ages 11 and many of the age 12 Scouts, all had TINY LITTLE DICKS, and I wondered why? I then realized theirs weren't tiny, but mine and my friends had gotten "huge". Before that, my own growth was so subtle I didn't realize it was happening, and all the other dicks I ever saw were on boys my same age.So we were ALL getting bigger at the same time.

So how did YOU realize your dick was actually growing?

i knew by taking baths or showers with my younger brother and friends. with friends we'd compare our penises all the time to see who was getting big. and i'd see how big mine was getting by comparing it to my brother's little one

I first noticed penis size when my friend in sixth grade bragged about his "huge" three inch penis. I went home and measured and saw I was the same size, so I thought I was "huge" too. I didn't realize that it would grow, but eventually one day while I was masturbating I noticed that it was more than just the usual handful. So I think it was sometime during seventh grade that I measured again and it was now five inches! I remember being very happy about that because I had read that that was the adult average already.
