If it's like, acne spots, I try and keep my face clean, add creams and try and get sun on them which works well. Unny at this time of year though. Also, try and be stress free.

I have acne scars all over my face O-o

but if you mean spots all over your legs or arms, those are normal in guys, their cysts and normally are harmless, but you may want to have them checked out anyways :)

It could also be where hair is starting to grow in too.

Haha.. For the past 5 years or so I've had ugly red spots on the top half of both of my arms and the top of my legs. I don't know if this is to do with the weight I put on at around 12 or 13 but at least they're in that can't be seen very well in short sleeved tops and swimming shorts. My goal is to find sleeves that stop after the elbow anyway, cos fully long sleeves haven't been working out foe me. I also have to wear a short sleeved top over it.

To get rid of my spots before I used Freederm (https://m.pharmacy2u.co.uk/Product/ProductView/9bd8b9a0-e6b2-4069-9161-5da45d58d823), and it actually helped quite a lot by using it twice a day. It made my spots go away. The only problem is that my spots seem to keep having random outbreaks, which is why i always have to keep an extra thing of spot cream near me all the time.

I'm on my phone, so this link is the mobile website, just in case you're interested :D
