Girth Soft/Hard??

I've looked around but I can't find any good info for this...

What is the average girth for soft and hard?? (Mostly wondering because I want to know if I'm average or small...one of my brothers is way thicker and it makes me think, is he average and i'm small, or is he big and i'm average?? I also want to know if I'm on track with puberty and all that, at least for girth :confused: )

Also, how do you guys measure your own girth?? Do you just use a tape measure or what?

According to Google, the average flaccid girth is 3.67 inches, whereas the average erect girth is 4.59 inches.

I just measure using some tailor's tape, but you could also wrap a string around yourself and mark where the ends meet, and measure how long that is with a ruler.
