Perfectly normal. Just like penises come in different shapes and sizes overall, the head of the penis can be different on guys as well. I think most common shapes are "helmet" (like yours, where it's kinda flared out) and "mushroom" where it's more rounded. Nothing to worry about :)

Yeah my "head" is bigger (wider) than the rest of my penis....i guess this is normal and useful during sex for some reason?

Yes! I've noticed that too. i thought it was because some penises are just too big to be sucked on fully by boys....but i guess focusing on the head makes sense, and right underneath the head since it's VERY sensitive there, too
