The way to see if it is bigger hard is to get it hard and measure.

As a general trend a penis that is larger hard will be larger soft but there is lots of variation. That's because hard and soft aren't opposites. Hard is the maximum size but the minimum is the shriveled up size after getting out of icy cold water. Normal soft size is somewhere in between and can vary with temperature etc.

Sadly, not necc...as guys mature, some will notice a lengthier flaccid penis. Some guys even get to the point where they are almost at max length when flaccid, and will get a bit longer and thicker when aroused.

Probably not, but your flaccid penis size could also be affected by the temperature.
