I had to check what a frenulum is, and I think I don't have anything of that left on my circumcised cock. But I'm also very sensitive at the spot where it's originally supposed to be.

Well It could also depend on that you are circumcised, because your glans loosed it's sensitivity, because of it being exposed to the environment unlike uncut guys. For me it's definitely the glans, especially when I use lube.
