When I'm laying flat on back and ejaculate the sperm feels like it has a very hard time coming out and even is slightly painful, I am forced to put my hips in the air so it comes out more easily, does anyone know the problem? When I'm standing up it is also fine, just when I'm laying flat on my back it barely comes out and it slightly painful

It could mean a few things. If ur just starting
puberty u might not b able to produce enough
cum to ejaculate and ur orgasm might b still a
bit dry or could b a start of a urinary infection.

I am not sure why putting your hips in the air would improve things. I think it an instinctive thing to do, though. If you were having sex, pushing your hips forward immediately before each spurt would ensure the sperm went as far into the girl as possible.

If you're on your back and your penis is pointing straight up then obviously you are having to work against gravity so if it doesn't go as far that's understandable, but I still don't think that would make it painful. If you have enough flexibility to have your penis closer to horizontal while lying down, i.e. pointed up toward your chest does that make any difference?

Are you doing anything else differently? Are you gripping hard on the bottom of your penis - not the base but the underside? The urethra, the tube that pee and cum travel through is not far below the surface there and pressure can restrict it, just like squeezing a garden hose. The same goes for the perineum, the area between your balls and your anus - do you have clothing pressing on that area when lying down and not when standing?

How repeatable are the results? Have you tried several times in each position and got the same results each time or could there be an element of coincidence?

Have you been having some problems with peeing too?
If yes I would suggest consulting a doctor.
If no it might stop after a while so you shouldn't worry, if it doesn't maybe consult a doctor.
