I think that everyone sorta feels an orgasm in slightly different ways, but for me, I first feel this sensation of, "yeah, I'm not going to be able to stop now," then everything tightens up, there's this moment where you feel like you're right at the top of a big hill. Then *wham* and sort of this up-and-down wave-like feeling for 30-60 seconds. Sometimes I feel that for over a minute if it's particularly intense. A lot of the time, I'll get goosebumps all over me, too.

Theres a lot of good descriptions here and its hard to describe.
