I'm cut and I almost always use lube, because doing it dry really irritates the skin on my penis. But something I discovered when I was younger and messing around with other guys. I think I'm circumcised "tight". By that I mean when I'm fully erect there is almost no loose skin on my shaft. I found a couple of friends, also circumcised, that had a LOT more loose skin on their shaft when erect. So for me, to do it without any lube means I'm really tugging and pulling on the skin on my shaft. When I do it dry, often my whole penis really hurts afterwards and is all red, too. Not good.

What kind of lube u use? I'm using the baby oil as it's pretty cheap and need just a tiny amount of it. I'm also cut, and I think pretty tight too, but I'm not using lube all the time - just from time to time, as it's a bit messy then... Do you have some loose skin when u r soft?
