It all depends on how you both feel about being nude with each other. Nudity in itself does not send the message of sex. You can MAKE it sexual though.

i talk to my neighbor by standing in the fence rail and looking over and i don't have anything on my bum.
but if he ever stands on the rail too he might see, but not yet!
