I know I definitely can't continue past the first one either. it seems like the tip of my dick goes from loving to be stroked to being extremely sensitive and uncomfortable to be stroked. So for me, it goes from feeling terrific before my orgasm to feeling awful afterwards if I try to continue stroking it ( at least any touching of the head). I can't recall ever having two separate orgasms on the same erection, if that makes sense.
