It is natural to feel that way sometimes. You just want to catch up with your peers. It will happen

Look : Imagine there are 10 guys. So, 1 guy will develop first, then a second one and so on, and finally will be a last guy developing, so maybe you're the last (someone has to be).

It's not stupid to think about those things, and everyone in puberty worries about how they are in relation to others. Just remember because everyone is different that no matter what you will be bigger and smaller than others. It is a fact of life that guys come in all shapes and sizes, and if you are not as big as your friends, then it is so not a big deal. Puberty happens throughout high school, and you will most likely catch up. Just make sure you're eating right, staying away from stuff that would mess up your growth like drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, and that you stay active. Chances are you'll be fine because a lot of guys who are small at 15 end up getting really big by 18/19.
