Foreskin detaching

I've Noticed about a month ago my foreskin was making a strange w shape against my glans and it is slowly starting to detach? It is not painful but looks like snagged skin. Is this to do with puberty?

Basicaly it is on the part of the head that is facing me, since it was last night it is gone and it is only (my left side) of the penis that is connected to the glans but it is a good 3 cm long and about 2cm wide still

I'm not sure it kind of just dissapeared over time and since last night it kind of just tore off- no cuts or pain though
