Gyno? Big nipples

I have this weird thing that has developed with me and I hate it.. MY NIPPLES are kinda big an puffy so they look like boobs. I heard this was kinda common though so do any of you have this problem? L

yeah mine are a little big and it drives me crazy but theres not much to do about it
