Axe really just covers the smell, but doesn't get rid of it or prevent it. I just use Degree

I use a deodorant called Mitchums, my mom got it for me and it works on stopping the stinky sweats -- it doesnt just cover the odor it eliminates it totally.

Me too!! Whatever I was using, my armpits started getting tremendously itchy. It was so annoying AND embarrassing cuz I was always digging at and scratching my pits. A buddy once asked me what was wrong, and if I had BUGS living in my pit hair!!
I use Old Spice Deodorant (not antiperspirant), and it's cheap and my dad bought a 3-pack for me I think at Walmart. My body tolerates it fine, and I don't seem to sweat any more than when I was using an antiperspirant.

I usually use and organic unscented deodorant I buy at a small local store. It's called Silvanapure and it's unscented. I hate heavy scented stuff...I can't stand those smells of deodorants and other products for males. So I just use unscented or unisex stuff. It's quite expensive but since I don't spend a lot otherwise it's okay.
