6'3" and 8 inches is ridiculous for a 13 year old (assuming you're telling the truth). I was barely 4'6" and probably half that size at 13, although I was a late bloomer and didn't hit puberty until 14.

For anyone worried about being 'small' at 13, i've grown more than a foot in height, developed hair and grown plenty in dick and ball size in the few years since hitting puberty, so don't worry about it.
