Puffy nipples?

Im not really overweight but nipples have been puffy since 12 and the ring part is kinda visible through my shirt. I always change clothes as fast as i can in changing room during sport, pool parties etc. because i get noticed and sometimes someone would try to touch my nipples.

Is this part of puberty and will it go away??

The swelling is normal. It is caused by the
hormones released during puberty. Also the
breasts may be sore. After awhile it goes away.

It is normal some guys get them puffier then others. It well get less noticable as you grow..you can try arm and chest weights or exercise to lessen it a bit.

Yeah it's pretty normal. You could have irritated them rubbing or something too.

I dont have puffy nipples, but in my case is perky nipples, the nipple sticks out very much. But there are times where I think they're hot.
